Job Responsibilities

What You’ll DoSchedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PMIn this role, you’ll be a key part of keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers happy.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare solar panels and accessories for shipment
  • Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
  • Verify inventory accuracy using NetSuite
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments
  • Work closely with sales and shipping teams to meet deadlines
  • Step up as a leader by supporting teammates, training when needed, and leading by example
  • Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a safe work environment
What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for people who take ownership, work hard, and care about their team.
  • 1+ year of warehouse or logistics experience (solar is a plus)
  • Leadership mindset with initiative and a willingness to help others succeed
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Forklift experience preferred or willingness to learn
  • Basic computer skills with NetSuite or ERP experience as a plus
