The APsystems EZ1-LV 1,800W Plug-In Solar Kit is a complete ground-mounted solar solution designed to make adding supplemental solar power simple. The kit combines four 450W solar panels, two APsystems EZ1-LV 900W microinverters, AC cabling, and an EG4 BrightMount adjustable ground-mount system into one easy-to-deploy package.

Each EZ1-LV connects to two solar panels and provides two independent MPPT channels, allowing each of the four panels to operate independently for better overall solar production. With two microinverters, the system provides up to 1,800VA of continuous 120V AC output from a 1,800W solar array. The EZ1-LV supports 315W–660W+ modules and provides up to 900VA of continuous output per microinverter.

Designed specifically for accessible DIY solar applications, the EZ1-LV features a plug-in 120V design along with built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Connect directly from your phone using Bluetooth or connect the system to Wi-Fi for cloud-based monitoring through the AP EasyPower App.

Paired with the EG4 BrightMount, the four panels can be installed at ground level rather than on a roof, making the array easier to install, access, clean, and maintain.

Plug-In 120V Solar

For compatible DIY applications, the EZ1-LV can use an optional APsystems AC extension cable to connect to a 120V receptacle, providing a much simpler AC connection than a traditional string-inverter solar installation.

The EZ1-LV is specifically intended for accessible DIY applications such as gardens, garages, carports, and balconies. APsystems specifies that the EZ1-LV is not intended for rooftop system applications.

EG4 BrightMount Adjustable Ground-Mount Racking

The included EG4 BrightMount provides a sturdy, adjustable ground-mount platform for all four solar panels. Instead of mounting panels to your home’s roof, the BrightMount keeps the array accessible at ground level and allows the panel angle to be adjusted for the installation.
