K2 Flat Tile Hook X w/ K2 EverSeal 4000141B

K2 Flat Tile Hook X w/ K2 EverSeal

K2 Flat Tile Hook X Kit w/ EverSeal 4000141‑B
The K2 Flat Tile Hook X w/ K2 EverSeal (4000141B) is a roof-attachment component designed for mounting solar racking on flat tile roofs. It is a single-piece welded hook with a longer reach, allowing compatibility with a wide range of flat tile sizes while minimizing tile grinding during installation.

This kit includes the K2 EverSeal butyl flashing pad, which comes preassembled on the hook base. The EverSeal technology provides a watertight roof penetration without the need for additional sealant, metal flashing, or traditional three-course sealing methods. This reduces installation time and simplifies the attachment process.

The hook is constructed from stainless steel for strength and corrosion resistance, and it mounts to the roof structure using lag screws with EPDM sealing washers. It is designed for use with K2 CrossRail systems such as the 44-X, 48-X, 48-XL, and 80 rails.

Key features:

• Designed for flat tile roof installations

• Single-piece welded hook with extended reach

• Preassembled K2 EverSeal butyl flashing for watertight sealing

• No additional sealant or metal flashing required

• Includes lag screws, sealing washers, and rail hardware

• Compatible with K2 CrossRail mounting systems

• UL 2703 system compliance

This component serves as the primary roof anchor point on flat tile roofs, transferring loads from the rail and solar modules into the roof structure while maintaining a weatherproof seal.
